Head of InclusionJob Location: United Arab EmiratesThe Head of Inclusion will lead the school’s inclusion and special needs program, ensuring all students receive quality education tailored to their needs and fostering an inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:•Develop and implement strategies for inclusive education.•Oversee Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.•Provide training and guidance to teachers on inclusive practices.•Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support students.•Monitor and report on student progress and program effectiveness.Qualifications:•Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in inclusive education or special needs leadership.•Strong knowledge of inclusion practices and legal frameworks.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
