The purpose of this role is to lead the EUC Identity and Access Team, providing technical leadership and accountability for the availability, function and security of Identity and Access services. The role is a combination of product owner and domain architect, ensuring that Identity and Access services are delivered to a high standard, provide value and meet business requirements.Job Title:Head of Identity & Access ManagementKey responsibilities:Owns the Identity and Access strategy and product roadmap, working with the business to ensure the Identity and Access services are meeting business requirementsOwns, develops and maintains the target systems architecture for Identity and AccessDelivers technological change, maximising the value of Identity and Access services to the businessEnsures all Identity and Access services are designed, implemented and maintained to the correct architectural and technical best practice specificationsOversees the adoption into service of new solutions ensuring operational suitabilityKey stakeholder in determining whether a new release, affecting service in production, is ready for promotionIs accountable for the successful delivery and resolution of major incidents for Identity and Access services within a Service Management framework and in line with the agreed standards and service LevelsProvides security, resilience and monitoring of Identity and Access servicesResponsible for the performance of all technology vendors and service providers in the Identity and Access spaceProvides technical leadership, coaching, mentoring and support for individuals within the Identity and Access team to achieve the goals and objectives of their jobsLocation:DubaiBrand:Global TechnologyTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
