Job Summary:Gulf Education is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of High School to lead the academic, administrative, and pastoral functions of the high school division. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement, while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the high school.Support teachers in curriculum planning, classroom delivery, and professional development.Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve academic performance.Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).Leadership qualification (e.g., NPQH, PGCTL, or equivalent) is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of international curricula (e.g., British, American, IB).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
