We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and manage finance operations for a global industry leader in Dubai. This senior role is responsible for overseeing GCC finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic support to the executive leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee finance operations across the GCC, including UAE, Qatar, and KSA.Ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and Managing Director on business strategy execution.Lead financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.Prepare financial models, bids, and proposals and support sales negotiations on major payments.Guide project teams on performance metrics and impact measurement.Manage cash flow, working capital, payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and internal controls.Ensure compliance with IFRS, including IFRS 15, and statutory requirements in UAE, Qatar, and KSA, covering VAT, audits, and tax filings.Enhance NetSuite functionality to optimize finance processes.Develop and lead a team of four, including IT support for multiple regions.
