Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the curriculum.Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review the English curriculum.Lead extracurricular activities and reading programs to promote literacy.Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.Contribute to the overall academic and pastoral ethos of the school.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field; teaching qualification required.Proven experience teaching English at primary and/or middle school levels.Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment methods.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Passion for literacy and student development.
