Head of DesignLocation: United Arab EmiratesSalary: Competitive market relatedOur client is a leading packaging manufacturer for the FMCG industry, supplying companies across the region.Key role is to oversee the design process from inception, drawings to manufacturing stage. Role and responsibilities Liaise with clients to determine the final requirements; Obtain file from clients or suppliers in the correct format; Review interim & final layouts and suggest improvement as needed; Coordinate with suppliers and Production department to deliver the expected result; Conduct researches to stay updated on design and printing technologies in order to provide highest quality product for clients; Ensuring efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure the delivery of high quality products as per clientsstandards and expectations;RequirementsRequirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design; Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Graphic Design and leading a team; Previous experience in designing templates for packaging industry; Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic are essential; Shortlisted candidates will be required to share your packaging portfolio.
