We are in the process of building our first manufacturing facility in KSA which we are on target to open in 2022.?Our expertise and credibility enables us to deliver industry leading food safety standards and we are accredited to the highest possible?standards. ?Our facilities encompass multiple interchangeable high and low care lines. We produce quality products in a variety of formats, these are drivenby? customerrequirements.We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Development Chef for Pastry and Desserts, who will predominantly skilled in developing and pastry, desserts items with NPD & EPD experience. This could be a dessert Chef from a 5* Hotel, airline catering, high profile catering companiesQualifications & Requirements:You will have/be:? Culinary Degree? 5+ years of expereince in NPD, EPD. Developing pastry, cakes and desserts? Expereince in large scale production? Knowledge of food safety and food quality requirements in a central production facility? Basic financial understanding for recipes? Solid expereince in taste and texture combinations and visual presentation? Expereince in creating recipes? Good communication skills?
