Head ChefJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:Maintain consistent product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare and manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring accurate ordering.Implement and maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service and adherence to standards.Manage shifts effectively, making decisions on staffing, scheduling, and problem-solving.Train new and existing team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.Plan and execute menu implementations, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality food presentation.Monitor and control food costs, utilizing recipes, pars, and inventory management systems.Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, maintaining strong communication and teamwork.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience in retail and/or consumer-oriented services, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.Excellent language skills, with a good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
