Be fully trained and certified in carrying out all hair and nail therapies and treatments available to guests in the salon.Achieve monthly financial targets each month and handle all reports and KPIs for the whole salon team.Have full knowledge and train therapists on the preparation of all treatments correctly and efficiently as per salon standards.Communicate and assist guests as per standards and ensure all salon teams are communicating to guests as per standards.Ensure therapists are working cleanly and hygienically.Oversee the daily preparation of the salon.Monitor and report any incidents or odd behavior to the general manager/CEO.Monitor and ensure correct amounts of treatment products are used and wastage is minimized.Ensure all team members attend to duty in proper uniform, on time and well-groomed.Ensure all team members adhere to all health and safety standards.Be fully trained on all salon services and treatments and be able to control team members on all services and treatments.Have full knowledge regarding all salon products and ingredients used in the salonAttend and adapt to new treatments when required and teach and train team members.Be flexible in working schedules.Carry out any other job-related duties.Oversee and ensure all treatment areas are kept in good condition, prepared at all times, and maintained as salon standards.Oversee and coordinate all supplies and linen delivered for the daily operation of the treatment areas.Ensuring guest information, reading material and refreshments are as per salon standards at all times.Hold daily briefing of the team at the beginning of each shift.Prepare and monitor daily and weekly schedules.Attends briefings and meetings as required by the general manager/CEO.
