Job Description

The job scope includes:Welcome guests in a friendly and professional mannerEngage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requestsManage and maintain queue lanes efficientlySell tickets and other products via a computerized Point of Sale (POS) systemCollect payments/make change by accepting cash, vouchers, credit card and listed foreign currenciesBalances cash drawer/register/float by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift and ensure timely remittance of sales to cash controlMaintain awareness and adherence to company’s cash handling policiesMaintain knowledge and awareness of ongoing promotionsProvide pricing, promotion, shows, rides & attractions information and suggestions to guests, keeping them well informed to enhance/maximize the guest experienceConsistently upsell/cross-sell and promote products, activities, and services to generate additional revenueProactively anticipate, listen to guest’s needs and concerns and act appropriately to resolve any issues in a timely manner in adherence to company’s guest complaint policyEfficiently manage turnstiles to ensure guests are able to enter/leave the park with ease by holding a valid ticket/passEfficiently manage all guest services operational areasManage lost and found counter according to company’s lost and found policyConduct guest surveys using a company provided tablet, ensuring that all questions are completed and submittedMaintain awareness and ability to act or respond to any emergency situations while ensuring guest safetyWork outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by weatherFondly bid farewell to all guests exiting the parkParticipate in any evacuation (drill or real) if necessaryTo be considered for the role, you will need to have:Job Essentials:Higher secondary or equivalentMinimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service settingEnglish proficiency (spoken & written)Basic computer knowledgeAbility and genuine willingness to entertain/engage guestsFlexibilityHigh levels of respect and integrityJob Desirable:Theme Park/water park experienceCash handling experienceArabic, Russian, Farsi or Chinese proficiencyYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
