The Guest Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience, and managing all front desk operations. The role involves assisting guests with their inquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.Manage billing and payment transactions accurately.Uphold the hotels standards of service and professionalism at all times.Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to guests.Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or relevant field preferred.Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
