The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. The role involves assisting guests with their inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, professional check-in and check-out services.Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Maintain accurate and detailed records of guest interactions and transactions.Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures accurately.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.Promote hotel amenities and loyalty programs to guests.Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
