Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and seamless experience for guests from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and hotel reputation.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.Process billing and payments accurately.Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications preferred.Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
