Job Description

Our client is a Leading Retail Company. They are now looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join them. Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
Preference:
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Manager, or other related position.
  • A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.
  • Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industrys standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required
  • A professional certification may be preferred.
  • Good communication skill.
