Job Description

Our client is into Automobile Industry. They are now looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to guests and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Preference:
  • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Office
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Visit Visa
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
  • Proficiency in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus
