Job Description

Job PurposeTo support the Group Senior Manager - HSE Training and Programme Management in the provision and implementation.Key AccountabilitiesSupport and manage the design, development, and implementation of group wide HSE training courses and learning and development programmes.Monitor and report on training and programme data and trends to assess effectiveness, evaluate performance and identify any opportunities for improvement.Support and project manage future HSE training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of course content and ensure training materials are aligned with Organisational requirements, industry standards and best practices.Review existing training programmes; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention and / or to meet the changing needs of the organisation.Manage the implementation, measurement and ongoing promotion of HSE Pillar related initiatives such as SafeLeader, TakeTime, Stop Work Authority, Commitments We Live By and Business in a Box.Support with arranging seminars, conferences and workshops to promote ongoing application of corporate HSE programmes, tools and behaviours to improve HSE performance.Support the development of the GHSE Training Academy HUB.Creation of eLearning and other training materials using appropriate software in conjunction with DP World brand guidelinesAct as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policiesPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications, Experience and SkillsProficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint – delivering corporate content to a high standard.Must have experience of implementation of training projects, ideally relating to the implementation of training provision across an international businessMust be a clear and a concise communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skillsProficiency in creating eLearning content would be extremely desirableYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
