This is a leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of HR within UAE?s healthcare industry and can drive strategic initiatives across the group.Key Responsibilities:? Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.? Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare standards.? Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development.? Manage employee relations, retention strategies, and HR compliance audits.? Work closely with executive leadership to align HR with overall business strategy.Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master?s preferred).? Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in the healthcare or medical sector.? Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR systems, and healthcare HR practices.? Should be well versed in manual HR process.? Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.? Fluent in Arabic and English.
