Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Head of Internal Audit for its client which owns and operates a chain of multispecialty hospitals, medical centers and clinics across UAE.We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of work experience out of which he/she should have held a leadership role in internal audit within a large JCI accredited healthcare organization preferably in the UAE or GCC.The ideal candidate will be responsible for heading the internal audit functions throughout the group and ensure effective internal controls, identify gaps and shortfalls in processes, assess the efficacy of the organization?s risk management efforts and ensure that the group complies with all local and international best practices, laws, investigate fraud and ensure safeguard.Salary: Aed 55,000 plus family benefits.
