The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate the brand?s message effectively across various platforms.This role involves working on a range of creative projects, including digital and print media, to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into captivating visual content.Key Responsibilities:Design Creation:Develop creative designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and packaging.Create visually appealing graphics that align with the brands identity and marketing objectives.Ensure designs are consistent across all channels and adhere to brand guidelines.Concept Development:Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.Translate ideas into visual representations that resonate with the target audience.Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Work closely with project managers to understand requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.Technical Execution:Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics and layouts.Prepare and optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications.Ensure all designs are print-ready and adhere to production standards for physical materials.Collaboration and Communication:Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.Provide creative input and suggestions during project briefings and reviews.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Key Competencies:Creative Thinking and InnovationGraphic Design and Layout SkillsBrand Consistency and Visual IdentityTime Management and Project CoordinationAttention to Detail and Quality AssuranceCollaboration and CommunicationAdaptability to Feedback and RevisionsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
