Job Position – Golf Course SupervisorCompany Name – VOGO HotelsAre you passionate about golf course management and maintaining high standardsIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing work assignments, ensuring quality and timely execution, and inspecting course conditions to maintain the highest standards of presentation.Key Responsibilities:Oversee work assignments and assist with decisions on job procedures, work standards, and machinery use.Enforce safe working conditions and instruct staff on proper equipment use and work methods.Supervise special projects and labor crews, ensuring quality and timely execution.Manage the buildings maintenance program and coordinate improvement projects.Report golf course conditions and any disciplinary issues to the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.Open and manage daily operations in the maintenance shop when the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent is absent.Perform other duties as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent.Ensure safe work practices are incorporated into daily tasks.Promote regular and reliable attendance from all team members.Participate in planning and implementing golf course maintenance programs.
