CWI is a global product line with a broad portfolio of proven products and innovative technologies, providing the specific infrastructure and well integrity solutions needed to produce safely and efficiently to maximize reservoir value.Make a difference to our organizationAs a Sales & Operations Planning Analyst you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Analysts work with operations and supply chain to translate the demand signal (S&OP forecasts, sales orders, and planned orders) to physical orders and ensure adequate, timely supply of materials to the production process.As a Sales & Operations Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 months) and global forecasts
  • Leading Demand review meetings, understand future volume and activity and provide to regions and global demand planner feedback on potential misalignments, gaps, and critical mix changes.
  • Collaborating with regional Business Transformation teams leading S&OP efforts to drive standardization and best practices across CWI
  • Driving CWI Global S&OP process discipline and awareness to support market share growth and create 100% monthly visibility of forecast submission, approval, and load errors
  • Performing various Global S&OP data analysis by leveraging SAP and OFS database to develop informative and powerful dashboards that result in forecast execution
  • Leading Supply review meetings, understand future capacity constraints and guide global manufacturing plants by providing critical feedback on potential orders and forecast changes.
  • Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
  • Driving global Demand Planning (DP) and Resource Planning (RR) roll-out, training, and execution across large multi-disciplined CWI teams
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent 5+ years of experiences in commercial, manufacturing, or material role.
  • Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
  • Have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, lead meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Be a good team player, having the ability to solve complex problems applying data analytics, and enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others.
  • Be excited by and demonstrate an ability to learn new processes and applications.
  • Have proficient skills in SAP and MRP.
