Our team takes ownership of creating and designing unique and customized solutions for bespoke customer requirements.Partner with the bestAs a Global Projects Pursuit Leader - Me, you will be responsible to lead cradle to grave cross-regional pursuits for large CAPEX projects, both greenfield and brownfield, with a strong focus on early identification and influence on design and technical specifications. You will work with the sales and commercial teams in the involved regions to develop and execute a clear strategy to actively participate in the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and Pre-FEED (Pre-Front End Engineering Design) activities, and ultimately win these large projects.As a Global Projects Pursuit Leader - ME, you will be responsible for: Leveraging internal and external resources to monitor and analyze investing activity in the ME region, and identify subsequent opportunities for early engagement Supporting the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and Pre-FEED (Pre-Front End Engineering Design) stages of a project, with the goal of providing world class monitoring and protection solutions, integrated in project design. Working with regional sales and commercial organization to develop commercial strategies that maximize Bently Nevada scope and profitability on these projects. Developing strategic intelligence and influential relationships with targeted customers at all levels; defining short-, medium- and long-term plans to establish and improve business partnerships, resulting in earlier visibility of and greater involvement in global projects. Working closely with the broader Global Projects team, and cross-functionally - including sales, commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering, and others - in the implementation of strategies to win. Championing global projects best practices in the region, and enforcing operational excellence around project cycle management in Bently Nevada?s CRM (Deal Machine). Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the regional sales team through early project identification, cross-regional collaboration, and communication to Bently Nevada senior leadership.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor?s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and experience. Have Strong technical knowledge and command of machine monitoring and protection design, standards and best practices. Have Direct sales and commercial experience with key FEED or EPC or MAC (Main Automation Contractor) companies in the region. Have Minimum of 3 years of experience in large projects in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and/or Industrial industry; proven ability to successfully multitask and manage complex deliverables.
