Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive our marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand and enhancing brand presence within our distribution channels, including Specialized, Generalist, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze market trends to optimize distribution strategies. Additionally, this role will also concentrate on advancing the marketing strategy to further develop the Alliance Partner Program for Industrial Automation Distributors to improve and build upon the credibility of the specialized distributors and the differentiation that they bring.What will you doAs the lead Marketing and Communication strategist, you will define and articulate our differentiation, the value of our portfolio, and our partners? expertise to resonate with targeted customers and markets and define a captivating partner experience that creates stickiness and delivers commercial impactDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote products within distribution channels.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with sales, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.Create engaging marketing materials and campaigns tailored for distribution partners to generate demand and improve saturation with their customers.Define digital customer/partner experience & journeyMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.Manage relationships with distribution partners and provide support to enhance their marketing efforts.Drive Top 10 market adoptionCollaborate with relevant Segment and Channel leads to integrate messaging and content into global campaigns.Coordinate and synchronize go-to-market strategies across different regions and markets to ensure cohesive and effective execution with the Alliance Program.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeQualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in distribution marketing or related roles.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
