Job Description

General TechnicianAble to operate, repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all mechanical, plumbing and drainage installations including Swimming pool associated equipment and systems etc.What is in it for you:

 What you will be doing:
  • Performs routine maintenance, PPM procedures and helps troubleshooting
  • Attends to guest rooms problems related to mechanical and electrical
  • Repairs and does necessary adjustment for mechanical, plumbing and drainage installations including Swimming pool associated equipment and systems.
  • Assist Fire Fighting contractors on scheduled maintenance and briefs them on the condition of the equipment.
  • Carryout daily checks on Fire Pump Rooms, Mechanical Service rooms, Water Tank systems, Storm water, Sewage, Drain, Vertical Transportation System, ensuring and all set parameters as desired for intended operation
  • Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost
 Your experience and skills include:
  • 2 years Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar field, Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Practical and theoretical skills in Mechanical, Plumbing and Drainage Systems
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
