Job scope includes:

People and cultural leadership, development and engagement
Influence and deliver change though stakeholder relationships including significant brand IP affiliations
Provide strategic direction and tactical support to the leadership team
Prepare, plan and monitor capital expenditure projects
Collaborate with other General Managers to drive ongoing review of operations and deliver efficiency
Commercial focus on research, identification, development and implementation of growth opportunities
Accountable for the P&L including reviews of forecast, budgets, operational & capital expenditure and financial performance
Technical and regulatory compliance
Review business related data to proactively address changing market conditions
Strategy development & execution

As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:?

Educated to degree level in Business management or equivalent
Minimum of fifteen (15) years? experience in the theme park and/or waterpark industry
10+ years in a senior management role in theme park and/or waterparks entities
Has experience in Crisis Management
Good communication skills: ability to speak fluently in English
Strong Leadership, interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity
Strong level of maturity, confidence, and exceptional collaboration skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong knowledge of finances and marketing
Able to build good relationships with peers and direct reports
Knowledgeable of rides and attractions in waterparks
