Job Description

General AccountantAs a General Accountant, you will be responsible for financial audits, reconciling the bank statement, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.What is in it for you?

What you will be doing:
  • Manager all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statement in the time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank transfer
  • Management balance sheet and P&L statement
  • Report on the company?s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentially and conduct database backup when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policy and regulation
Your experience and skills include:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant in a large hotel
  • Degree/Diploma in accounts or Business Administration
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the reporting and maintaining of records.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
