Role Summary: The GCC In-Market Supply Chain Planner is responsible for supporting our Janssen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with the help of the GCC In-Market Supply Chain & CS Sr. Manager at country level with key focus on the Step 2 of the Demand Review using the One Harmonized Forecasting process (OHF) ensuring consensus demand for optimal products supply to the local distributors, and orders handling, in collaboration with the different internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities: Integrated Business Planning & Inventory Management ? Ordering ? Shipments & Delivery Follow-up: Support the execution of In-market Demand Planning Process, contributing to the IBP process, orchestrating the Consensus demand meeting, reviewing the Tender Scenarios Planning & New Product Launch forecasts with Finance and Commercial. Upload Forecast into the different planning systems on monthly basis for 36 months. (OMP, Anaplan). Monitoring demand coverage and perform proper upstream communication to eliminate risk of stock-out, ensuring inventory distribution as per market needs and net requirements propagation. Managing properly shelf-life and Artwork planning in OMP-SNP for each customer/country. Upload distributors sales, inventory, and movement files on a monthly basis into (OMP-DP/SNP). Generate Ex-source plan from OMP-SNP on a monthly basis and discuss the landing progressing on weekly basis with finance, and commercial teams. Provide meaningful comments on customer location on OMP-SNP on items with low coverage. Monitor stock levels with local distributors to ensure an optimal inventory management. Propose, validate & challenge regular private market orders in collaboration with sales and marketing, for distributors? final review and approval. Responsible for the E2E ordering processing from forecasts, orders entry to invoicing. Ensure correct Sales Order Process on SAP. Drive correct information interfacing between local Supply Chain System (Galaxy) vs. Sourcing (Europe 2) Accountable to identify and follow up to resolution order errors on Galaxy. Responsible for SOX compliance activities related to the revenue cycle in full guidance with internal compliance and finance. Issue Janssen Invoice on time as per the defined process flow with sourcing. Follow-up with Customer Account Coordinators on production timelines and shipments logistics in view of timely deliveries, and on documents flows to ensure documents? appropriateness and its processing and dispatching efficiency. Ensure that customized shipping documentation & legalizations abiding by the local customs regulations are complying with our regulatory and legal requirements. Recommend appropriate transportation means that commensurate with customers? needs, after negotiating and arranging with Customer Account Coordinators for an appropriate service line, to maintain cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipment. Responsible for the review and handling of tender orders. Coordinate closely with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with contracts Handle compensation free goods orders in compliance with local SOP. Participate and deliver right information and analysis in the demand planning monthly meeting. Drive supply chain actions in the new products launches and handling of company supply issues. Active participant and accountable to drive assigned actions on regional projects. Ensure right volumes, shelf life, schedule and obtain the necessary green light from customers at time of shipping. Tender Management: Accountable for reflecting tender volumes forecast on OMP-DP with accurate scheduling. Collaborate with tender, commercial, and Key Accounts to materialize distributor?s Purchase Order on time from Ministry of Health awardation to distributors. Manage local stock delivery exceptions and liaise with private market stakeholders. Manage exceptions with Regulatory Affairs related to shelf life, artwork, and price discrepancies. Ensure master data update on iTender, and timely release of the contracts to SAP-Galaxy (SKU list, Prices). Production with 3rd party local / External manufacturer: Build and share the finished goods net requirements with the local 3rd party manufacturer according to the monthly rolling forecast provided by Commercial onto OMP-DP. Manual upload on behalf of the 3rd party manufacturer the net requirements (bulk/API) onto OMP-SNP for visibility to Janssen Supply Planning sites. Follow up on the production & QA release on time. Ensure that distributor collects the finished goods on time from local manufacturer. Monitor local 3rd party manufacturer performance through OTIF-S. In absence of system interface, create the batch in SAP GAL and send inbound delivery to the customer, so they can collect the batches from the warehouse. (Egypt specific) Collaboration and Alignment with different stakeholders: Collaborate with several departments such as Regulatory, Finance, Quality, Marketing, Sales, etc. for a proper information sharing and a better integration of logistics and business systems and processes. Connect and work in partnership with global colleagues in Supply Chain Development Leaders for new product launches, and with the Regional Demand Management team on the forecasting process. Conduct monthly Step2 (Demand Review meetings) with Commercial, and Finance teams to better understand the market dynamics, challenge In-Market sales forecast with commercial for optimal inventory coverage to drive a balanced meaningful consensus demand (Ex-source). Capture Risks & Opportunities and reflect them on IBP Demand Review. Manage distributor relationship and work in close collaboration on aligning open orders on both systems, reconcile balances of orders and decide on open orders maintenance periodically In coordination with key cross-functional partners (labelling/Regulatory Affairs), work on the approval and implementation of the Specific packs required for countries. Assist Customer Account Coordinators to efficiently take over countries and cope with specificities related to countries with complex processes. Responsible for handling customers? complaints related to supply chain and taking proper corrective measures and actions. Handle logistics activities/ Supply Chain Planning activities related to products recalls and phased out products (including stock builds, etc.) Responsible for the review of quotations before final submittal to tenders to ensure compliance from a supply chain perspective (packs quoted, lead times, transportation, and others). Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, HCC guidelines, FCPA, etc. Reporting: Participate in the reporting to management on orders, shipments status, and local inventory levels. Ensure continuous Master Data update (approved packs, prices, PA, etc.) on SAP & OMP. Report events and deviations to the Quality department as per the management review requirements. Report stock out situations through the global Stock Out Tool. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: BA, or BSc. (preferable Industrial Engineer) 5+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience. Proven experience in: Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management fundamentals, Tender Management, Ordering-to-Invoice process, Shipments Follow up / logistics & shipping fundamentals, Distributor management, External manufacturing knowledge/management. Basics of Project Management SAP, OMP, Anaplan, or relevant ERP experience Master Data management experience and Letter of credit knowledge. Ability to work in a global, complex environment with cross-functional teams. Able to work under pressure, organized, and structured Qualified to carry on simultaneous complex tasks while complying with professional standards.
