Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcers, liver disease, Crohn’s disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.Perform endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy) and other diagnostic tests.Review patient histories, lab results, and imaging studies to develop treatment plans.Prescribe medications, dietary recommendations, and other therapies.Coordinate with surgeons, dietitians, and other specialists for comprehensive care.Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle management.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations.Skills Required:Expertise in gastroenterology diagnostics and treatment proceduresProficiency in endoscopy and colonoscopyStrong clinical judgment and decision-makingPatient counseling and communication skillsKnowledge of latest medical research and treatment protocolsQualifications & Experience:MBBS + MD / DM in Gastroenterology or equivalentBoard certification in Gastroenterology (as applicable in the region)Relevant clinical experience in hospitals or specialty clinics
