Description: . Proficient in fund raising activities for the projects and close liaison with fund providing financial institution. . Develop strategies to encourage new investors or increased contributions.. Create and update investors databases on regular basis.. Identify and build relationships with potential investors and financial institutions.. Monitor budgets, expense reports, or other financial data for fundraising organizations.. Develop fundraising activity plans that maximize investment opportunities and minimize costs.. Expertise in Fund Management. . Bank reconciliation, process all the payments.. Co-ordinate with regarding Visa to new employees.. Look-after of invoice preparation, delivery documents for delivery to client, Follow up with clients for the receivable on regular basis and collect the payments.. Prepare cash flows, Prepare budget forecasts, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.. Audit financial transactions and documents.. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.. Report on the companys financial health and liquidity to Management and shareholders, when required.. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.. Co -ordinate with all the team members and help them for urgent tasks whenever required.. Any other additional task given by Management.Requirements: . (CA/ACCA/MBA/M.Com or relevant field). . Minimum 5 years for experience in fund raising.. Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality preferably female.
