Full Stack ArchitectJob Location : United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Architect and oversee backend infrastructure supporting mobile and financial applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.•Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems to integrate internal and third-party financial services, payment gateways, and banking platforms.•Lead system integration initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across services.•Ensure full compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards.•Collaborate with development, product, and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.•Optimize system performance using monitoring, logging, and automated testing practices.•Promote DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native solution design.•Document architecture frameworks, integration workflows, and security policies.•Stay ahead of fintech trends, backend innovations, and emerging technologies.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.•8+ years of experience in system or solution architecture, ideally within fintech.•Strong hands-on experience with financial APIs, payment systems, and banking integrations.•Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, or C#.•Expert knowledge in API design (RESTful, GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven architectures.•Deep experience with authentication/security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).•Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).•Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines).•Strong database management experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).•Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).•Certifications in cloud architecture, security, or backend development are preferred.•Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth fintech environment.•Experience with wallet or core banking systems is a plus.
