With a strong focus on innovation and exceptional service, we have become a preferred hospitality brand in the region.This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading front office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and motivating the front office team to deliver exceptional hospitality.Key Responsibilities:-Oversee day-to-day front office operations and ensure smooth check-in/out processes-Deliver outstanding guest service and handle guest concerns professionally-Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards-Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience-Assist in sales initiatives and project management within the Front Office departmentRequirements:-Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry-Strong leadership and team management skills-Excellent communication and customer service abilities-Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment-Female candidates preferred due to operational needs and gender balance considerations-Be part of a renowned luxury hospitality brand in Abu Dhabi, UAE– Work in a dynamic and rewarding environment– Opportunities for career growth and professional development
