Job Position – Front Office Receptionist Company Name – Al Rasikhoon Real Estate JobResponsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include taking orders, arranging couriers, managing phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, and performing various clerical tasks. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.Job Qualifications:· Fluent in Arabic and English.· Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.· Excellent communication and multitasking skills. · Ability to handle pressure and provide exceptional customer service.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).· Ability to take orders from clients both in person (walk-in) and by phone.· Skills in selling and/or upgrading orders.· Ability to arrange items in an aesthetically pleasing manner.· Ability to perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and printing.· Ability to maintain a tidy and organized reception area.· Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Experience: receptionist: 2 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time
