Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front-Desk Executive to manage our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front office operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and clients with a warm and professional attitude.Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.Handle billing, payments, and invoicing accurately.Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and facilities.Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.Multilingual skills are an advantage.Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
