Key Responsibilities: Procure fresh food products including fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, and seafood.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers of fresh produce and perishable goods.Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.Monitor freshness, quality, and safety compliance of all fresh food items.Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.Stay updated on market trends, seasonal products, and new sourcing opportunities.Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.Requirements: Proven experience in fresh food procurement within hypermarkets or FMCG.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with purchasing software/systems relevant to fresh food procurement.
