Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsAre you a detail-oriented Freight Forwarder Coordinator with hands-on experience in the Dubai Trade Portal and Dubai Customs Portal We are looking for a proactive professional to manage and streamline our freight forwarding operations from documentation to clearance.Key Responsibilities:– Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land) including bookings, documentation, and follow-ups.– Prepare and submit import/export declarations via Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs Portals.– Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, customs agents, and transport providers to ensure timely movement of cargo.– Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation standards.– Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and clearance records.Requirements:– Minimum 2–4 years of Air, Sea and Land Freight Experience in freight forwarding within the UAE.– Proficient in Dubai Trade Portal and Dubai Customs Portal operations.– Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and freight documentation.– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.– Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
