Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily welding activities on new building projects.Ensure compliance with welding procedures, drawings, and quality standards.Allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and maintain productivity.Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for inspections and approvals.Enforce HSE standards and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.Requirements:Proven experience as a Welding Foreman in new construction (preferably shipbuilding or industrial projects).Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and WPS.Good leadership and communication skills.
