Key Responsibilities: Supervise HVAC installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines.Read and interpret HVAC drawings, technical manuals, and specifications.Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.Assign tasks to technicians and monitor their work performance.Troubleshoot HVAC issues and recommend solutions.Control and manage HVAC materials and equipment inventory.Maintain detailed records of work activities and progress reports.Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC technology.Proven experience as an HVAC foreman or supervisor in construction or maintenance projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals.Problem-solving and organizational skills.Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, HVAC safety training).
