Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.Assign tasks to electricians and monitor their performance.Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documents.Ensure timely procurement and proper use of electrical materials and equipment.Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance.Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Prepare reports on progress, issues, and resource requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Proven experience as an electrical foreman or supervisor in construction projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.
