Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site.Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor their performance.Inspect work performed to ensure quality and compliance.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan daily activities.Manage material and equipment requirements on-site.Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.Prepare daily progress reports and documentation.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in civil construction.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and materials.Leadership and team management skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Immediate availability is preferred.
