Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and safelyCoordinate daily construction activities according to plans and schedulesInterpret drawings and specifications and ensure work is carried out accordinglyMonitor labor, materials, and equipment usage, reporting any shortages or issuesMaintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards and specificationsEnforce safety regulations and ensure all site activities comply with HSE standardsCollaborate with engineers and project managers for smooth execution of workPrepare daily progress reports and site documentationQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in [villa/high-rise/infrastructure] projectsStrong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and project plansProven leadership and communication skillsBasic knowledge of construction reporting tools and MS Office
