Responsibilities: Direct and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.Ensure work is completed on time and within scope.Enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.Coordinate with Project Engineers and site management.Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.Report progress and issues to management.Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization.Assist in resolving technical problems during construction activities.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.Leadership and team management skills.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Relevant certifications in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
