Supervise daily on-site activities related to landscaping projects.Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.Assign tasks to team members and monitor work quality and safety compliance.Ensure that work is performed according to project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.Manage on-site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.Report progress, issues, and safety incidents to the project management team.Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman in landscaping, construction, or similar field.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of landscaping techniques, safety standards, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.Valid safety certifications and relevant licenses preferred.
