Company Name – SKM Air ConditioningLocation : Sharjah, UAE.Key Responsibilities:· Review the work order documents, data sheet, drawings, modifications & BOM reservations, with Chargehand before handing over the tasks.· Monitors output and keeps track of production status and cross-checking with BOM.· Review daily capacity utilization per process & actual process time report & actual BOM list per job· Shop floor planning (Man hours planning per job in each process) for at least 3-continuous working days to deliver the job orders as per the monthly schedule· Assist the engineer in studying the process time per each model in details through process mapping· Coordinate with superiors regularly to determine the urgent production requirements.· Conducts independent inspection and takes actions to defects found for rectifying the defect and modification.· Ensure that materials are ready as per specification.· Directs and allocate work as per model for each technician by communicating with chargehand or technicians· Performs efficiently and effectively any other tasks to be assigned by the Production Engineer.Qualifications:· Experience: 6-8 years’ shop floor experience in HVAC manufacturing industry or equivalent.· Education: Diploma in Production or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree is an advantage· Knowledge: Computer literate. Knowledgeable in practical application of principles, procedures, & techniques in production of various goods and services. Knowledgeable of equipment, machines, and tool usage, repairs, maintenance, and designs.Skills:· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Arabic is an added advantage).· Technically sound in HVAC products and system.· Goal oriented and organized team player with good leadership and analytical skills.· Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
