Your role involves guiding and motivating a diverse team to maintain exceptional service standards.Key Responsibilities:– Supervising trayline, nourishment, and ward support operations– Ensuring prompt meal delivery according to dietary guidelines– Coaching and supporting food service staff to uphold high service standards– Collaborating with nursing, dietitians, and operations teams for seamless service delivery– Monitoring team grooming, etiquette, and hygiene practices– Addressing issues promptly to enhance the patient experience– Collecting patient experience feedbackRequirements:– 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality food services– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills– Ability to perform under pressure, handle shift work, and manage service recovery– Proficiency in spoken Arabic is advantageous– A trained Dietitian in the home country is preferred– Immediate availability to join
