Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and describe daily specials or menu items.Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and ensure correct delivery.Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.Answer guest questions regarding menu items and provide recommendations.Resolve any complaints or issues swiftly, ensuring an excellent guest experience.Ensure tables are set properly and ready for seating, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.Clear and reset tables between guest seating.Present checks to guests, process payments accurately (cash, credit/debit), and handle any billing issues.Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.Assist other servers and staff when necessary, especially during busy periods.Job Requirement:Previous experience in food service or a customer-facing role preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.Ability to lift trays and handle food items.Positive attitude and strong focus on delivering excellent service to guests.Requirements:? Dubai experience is a must.? Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.
