Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal and external audits of food safety and quality management systemsAssess compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant standardsInspect food production, storage, handling, and service processes for safety and qualityIdentify risks, non-conformances, and deviations, and recommend corrective actionsPrepare detailed audit reports and present findings to managementMonitor implementation of corrective and preventive actionsTrain and guide staff on food safety practices and quality standardsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related fieldProven experience as a Food Safety Auditor, Quality Assurance Auditor, or similar roleKnowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local food safety regulationsStrong analytical, observational, and reporting skillsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
