Qualifications & Experience:Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Environmental Health, Microbiology, or related field.Certification in HACCP Level 3 or Level 4; ISO 22000/FSSC knowledge preferred.2–5 years of experience in catering, central kitchen, or large-scale food production environment.Strong understanding of catering workflows, mass food preparation, and hygiene standards.Requirements:Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO food safety standardsCatering-specific hygiene and workflow understandingExcellent inspection and auditing skillsTraining and communication abilitiesAttention to detail and risk assessment skillsDocumentation and report writing
