Guided by the late Dr. Rafiq Al Khatib’s vision and a dedicated team of qualified trainers and consultants, RMK Experts remains committed to delivering quality, reliability, and growth for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive and engaging training sessions on food safety, including PIC, HACCP, and Internal Audit programs.Conduct second-party food safety audits based on HACCP and ISO 22000 standards across various sectors.Develop and implement HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, documentation, and manuals for clients.Create, update, and improve training materials and technical resources related to food safety.Investigate foodborne illness incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support clients in corrective action plans.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Veterinary Science, or Food Technology.At least 3 years of experience in food safety auditing, consultancy, and report preparation.Proven record of conducting professional training sessions.Valid Municipality Approvals for Dubai and Sharjah.Minimum of 7 years’ operational experience in the food industry.Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 22000.Certified in Food Safety Level 4 and HACCP Level 3 (minimum).Certified Trainer (ToT).Possess a valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.Multilingual abilities are highly preferred.
