Job Description

Food & Beverage Supervisor As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for all food & beverage servicing, and maintaining the set company standards in all aspects of operation in your areas of responsibility.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Ensures that all guests receive the best possible reception and care.
  • Trains and supports employees based on the general service requirements and basic service rules, recommending and selling.
  • Has full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods, and informs colleagues regularly on all specials, novelties and promotions in line with the sales programs.
  • Ensures a working discipline and smooth team work between service and other departments.
  • Ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed while handling food & beverages and all restaurant material, and in all other aspects.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Minimum of 3-4years? experience in 5 Star Hotels
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Opera & MICROS
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
