Job Description

Food & Beverage Captain As a Food & Beverage Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive the best possible care and service, as well as maintaining set standards in all aspects of operation in your areas of responsibility.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Maintains a friendly and courteous attitude towards guests as well as colleagues
  • Has full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods, and informs colleagues regularly on all specials and promotions in line with the sales programs
  • Ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed while handling food & beverages and all restaurant material
Your experience and skills include:
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years? experience in 5 Star Hotels
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Opera & MICROS
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
